Electronic Detention Program – The ED Program provides 24 hour per day supervision through the use of electronic monitoring equipment in which the offender’s movement is confined to a set number foot radius within his home. Program officers also provide intensive supervision, including home and office visits to insure compliance with conditions and terms of the program. Two Hundred Fourty-five (245) persons were supervised on electronic detention/ house arrest for 2006; 86% have successfully complied from the following programs: |
